When someone asks me who is the best real estate professional for the job my answer starts with a question! What is happening? What is the situation? What is your perfect outcome? If I don't have the best solution for them I know who to refer that does! 

The answers to these initial basic questions help me to start to formulate a plan for each individual based on their needs, timeline, tax situation, and ideals. There is so much more, so many other solutions than just listing a house for sale. Solutions that may result in a smoother transaction for you and put more money in your pocket.
