Communication

I am big on communication. When working with me you can expect me to be available for service 9am-8pm Monday through Saturday. Our relationship will begin with a consultation to be sure we are a good fit and should we decide to work together, you will get all communications from me immediately be it a house that you may love just came on the market or the appraisal just came in. 

For listings you will receive a market report every Friday and notification of feedback immediately. 

New Construction

During our initial consultation we will touch on new construction, it's benefits and negatives, and see if it's something that could work for you. If so we can take a deeper dive into the processes of new construction and some available homes whether they are spec homes or to be built. It's important to understand that when you visit a new construction site you will need your agent to accompany you as otherwise you are unrepresented, the builders represent themselves and their own interests. Please let me know if you would like to visit a new construction site or model home, builders require the agent to be there on the first visit.
