In 2003 I bought my very first house and immediately became interested in buying more. How does real estate investing work? How can I get the money? What is leverage?? So many questions ran through my head! I began attending meetings at South Jersey Real Estate Investing Association and I am a contributing member to this day! For the past three years I have also run a group in Southern NJ to support women in real estate investing. We hold meetings via Zoom (anyone worldwide is welcome!) as well as meet for educational sessions, networking, and luncheons for women interested and engaged in real estate investing.
